Morocco Desert Tours

WFirst day of tour will commence from Marrakesh towards the High Atlas Mountains by passing through Tizi n'Tichka path where we stop to appreciate the mountain landscape. Passing Tizi n' Tichka bends we will head to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah which is largest Kasbah in Morocco and also has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987 and several films have been shot here. We will break for lunch in Ait Ben Haddou and then continue on our drive to Ouarzazate city which is called the "Hollywood of Morocco" and Morocco's filmmaking location. Here are the biggest film studios in Morocco, the Atlas Studios who invite many international companies to work in Quarzazate. Moreover, we will visit historical monuments in Taourirt Kasbah. After Ouarzazate we will drive and experience the charm of landscapes of Kasbahs and roses valley and also drive through the Berber villages of Skoura, Kalaa des M'Gouna and Boumalane Dades. We will visit the Gourge Dades where you will see the amazing rock formation known as ("Monkey Toes"). Nightly accommodation will be enjoyed in a hotel in Gorge Dades.

After breakfast in the hotel you will begin your journey around Merzouga before camel trekking to middle dunes and stay in a traditional Berber tent. Next day we will visit Khamlia Village where you will see (Gnawa black people) who originated in West Africa and were brought to Morocco by migration. We will take a break and have a glass of tea and listen to their music. Afterwards we will visit the mines, nomads and see unique handicrafts behind Erg Chebbi. In the evening you will ride by camel with a professional camel man to discover what the golden sand dunes hide, and there you will have dinner in Berber tent and listen to desert music.

Early morning the camel man will wake you up to climb the sand dunes so that you can see the sunrise and take some pictures. The camel man will bring you back to your hotel so you can shower and have breakfast. After breakfast, we will drive the same way to Fez and bring you back to your hotel/riad. At the end of the tour we would be delighted for your feedback about our tours. , the post office and the Ministry of Defence building. Many grand boulevards lined with wonderful architecture go off this square. To the south is the Parc de la Ligue Arabe , designed in 1918 with a majestic palm-tree-lined promenade.
